A simple statement of our terms and conditions follows. If you would like to read an extended version packed with legal jargon and clauses that, in the main, are irrelevant to you, please contact us.
Delivery Charges And Minimum Order Value
Orders of £50 or more (excluding VAT) qualify for free packing and delivery. Orders that are under £50 (excluding VAT) will incur a small order handling charge of £5.95. The charge will be shown as soon as you put your products into the shopping basket.
Value Added Tax
All prices shown exclude VAT. The total VAT on your order is shown as soon as you put your products into the shopping basket. Some products such as children’s clothing and books do not attract VAT and this is made clear on each product page.
Our policy is to keep all the products listed on the website in stock at our Nottingham warehouse. We achieve a 98% hit rate which means that 98 times out of a 100 the product you require will be in stock. If the product is not in stock we will tell you at the time of ordering and you can decide whether to wait for it or to leave ordering it to a future date.
We will not process your payment until such time as the product has been despatched, our normal delivery timescale is 3-5 working days.
When you receive your delivery please check that it is all there and that nothing has been damaged in transit. If there are any problems let us know immediately. We may not be able to resolve the issue if you leave it for too long
If you experience problems with the product in use, please contact us and we will try to help. Whatever you do, do not return goods to us randomly.
No quibble refund policy! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply let us know and we can arrange collection and a refund for you.
Should you need to return an item that you have ordered incorrectly you must contact us first so that we can explain the correct procedure.
Please be aware that you are liable for the postage and or carrier costs. We may also charge a warehouse re-stocking fee, depending on the item/s.
